  13. I've got a MicroVitec MultiSync monitor (that syncs down to PAL TV
  14. rates). I was wondering whether anyone has ever heard of a device that
  15. interfaces the standard PC 15 pin connector (or the Amiga 23 pin one) to
  16. something that a video would be compatible with (SCART, composite, RF
  17. etc). If such a thing does exist, wouldn't it then be possible to watch
  18. TV, using a video as a tuner, on the monitor?
